Comparison review
Huawei Mate X is way better than the Moto G8 Power Lite, getting an 89.4 score against 74.3. Although Huawei Mate X is better than the Moto G8 Power Lite, it must be noted that it's also thicker and much heavier. These phones use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS, so they should provide very similar operating system features.
The Huawei Mate X has a better looking display than Moto G8 Power Lite, because it has a way better resolution of 2200 x 2480 pixels, a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a larger display. The Huawei Mate X counts with a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
Huawei Mate X has a bit better processor than Moto G8 Power Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate X also has more RAM memory. Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite captures slightly better photos and videos than Huawei Mate X, although it has a much worse resolution back facing camera and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking photographs and videos in poorly lited environments.
Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate X, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4500mAh.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto G8 Power Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G8 Power Lite. If you want to save some money, you can buy Moto G8 Power Lite, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
