Comparison review
Huawei P30 Lite is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, having a 77 score against 74.3. Huawei P30 Lite's construction is way lighter and somewhat thinner than the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, despite of the fact that it was released about 13 months before. Both of these phones use the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that.
Huawei P30 Lite has a sharper screen than Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much greater pixels density and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2312 pixels. Moto G8 Power Lite features a little faster CPU than Huawei P30 Lite. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
Huawei P30 Lite has a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Moto G8 Power Lite, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage. The Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite features a superior battery duration than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 3340mAh.
Huawei P30 Lite features a camera that's just as good as the camera in Moto G8 Power Lite, and although the Huawei P30 Lite has a back camera with lot more mega pixels and a larger diafragm aperture for better captures in low light situations, they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates.
Although Huawei P30 Lite is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Moto G8 Power Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G8 Power Lite. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Huawei P30 Lite, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Moto G8 Power Lite, resigning a couple features and specifications.
