Comparison review

LG G5 has a global score of 76.1, which is slightly better than the Moto G8 Power Lite's score of 74.3. LG G5's design is thinner and noticeably lighter than Moto G8 Power Lite, even though it was released 4 years before. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but LG G5 has the older 8.0 Oreo version and Moto G8 Power Lite has Android 9.0 Pie.

LG G5 features a much better looking screen than Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a lot better display pixels density. The Moto G8 Power Lite features a bit superior CPU than LG G5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Moto G8 Power Lite also has more processing cores.

The LG G5 features a quite bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G5 shoots slightly better videos and photos than Moto G8 Power Lite, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the LG G5 also has a larger aperture for better low-light images and video and a much higher (4K) video quality.

Moto G8 Power Lite features a much longer battery lifetime than LG G5, because it has a 79 percent bigger battery capacity.

Although LG G5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto G8 Power Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto G8 Power Lite. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Moto G8 Power Lite, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
