OPPO Find X3 Neo's body is newer, a bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Moto G8 Power Lite. Moto G8 Power Lite features a little better battery performance than OPPO Find X3 Neo, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
Although OPPO Find X3 Neo is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy OPPO Find X3 Neo, else you can save some money and buy the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, resigning a couple features and specifications.
