Galaxy S6 Edge has a global score of 85.7, which is better than the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite's global score of 74.3. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy S6 Edge construction is extremely lighter and a lot thinner than the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a little faster CPU than Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has less RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64-bit CPU. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much better display than Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater pixel number per inch in the screen and a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.

The Moto G8 Power Lite captures a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and video, they both have the same resolution back camera, the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition.

The Moto G8 Power Lite features just a bit more storage for apps and games than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 256 GB. Moto G8 Power Lite counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Moto G8 Power Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto G8 Power Lite. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Moto G8 Power Lite, resigning a couple features and specs.
