The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has an overall score of 75.8, which is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite's 74.3 overall score. Despite of the fact that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is notably older than the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, it's design is a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has the previous 8.0 Oreo version while Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite has Android 9.0 Pie version.

The Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite counts with just a bit more memory for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 256 GB. The Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite has longer battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
