Google Pixel 4 XL is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G8 Power, getting a general score of 82.9 against 76. Although the Google Pixel 4 XL and the Motorola Moto G8 Power were only released with a couple of months difference, the Google Pixel 4 XL is a little lighter and somewhat thinner. Google Pixel 4 XL features just a bit better screen than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel number per screen inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels.

Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a little faster CPU than Motorola Moto G8 Power, and although they both have 8 cores, the Google Pixel 4 XL also has more RAM memory. The Moto G8 Power shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor, and they both have a F1.7 diafragm aperture, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Moto G8 Power also counts with a camera with a much better 16 MP resolution.

Moto G8 Power counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Moto G8 Power also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Moto G8 Power features improved battery duration than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Moto G8 Power. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Motorola Moto G8 Power, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
