Motorola Edge 50 Pro is much better than the Moto G8 Power, having an 86.3 score against 76. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro design is extremely newer, thinner and a little bit lighter than Moto G8 Power. These phones work with Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 50 Pro has the newer 14 version and Moto G8 Power has Android 10 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a more vivid display than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a little larger display and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px. Motorola Moto G8 Power counts with a much better performance than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a much better camera than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro also has a much bigger sensor taking way higher quality pictures and videos, a much better 50 MP resolution back camera and a bigger aperture to take better photography and video in poorly lited environments.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Moto G8 Power, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Motorola Moto G8 Power counts with a bit longer battery life than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
