Moto G84 is just a bit better than the Moto G8 Power, with an 80.9 score against 76. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but Moto G84 has a newer 13 version and Moto G8 Power has Android 10. The Moto G84 construction is way newer, extremely thinner and way lighter than Moto G8 Power.
The Motorola Moto G84 features a more vivid display than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because it has a little larger screen, a little bit more pixels per display inch and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400. The Moto G8 Power counts with a way better hardware performance than Moto G84, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
The Motorola Moto G84 features a greater memory to store more games and applications than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Moto G84 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light photos, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G84 also counts with higher 60 fps video frame rate, a way larger back camera sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and pictures and a way better 50 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
The Moto G84's battery performance is just as good as Moto G8 Power's battery lifetime.
