Comparison review

Galaxy Alpha has a score of 76.3, which is a bit better than the Moto G8 Power's 76 overall score. The Galaxy Alpha is a a lot thinner and lighter cellphone than Moto G8 Power. Both phones we are comparing work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Alpha has a more recent 4.4.4 version and Moto G8 Power has Android 10, providing you some additional features and improved performance.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha counts with a bit superior CPU than Moto G8 Power, because although it has 4 less cpu cores and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor. Galaxy Alpha features a little bit better looking screen than Moto G8 Power, although it has a way smaller screen, a lot lower 1280 x 720 resolution and a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen.

Moto G8 Power features a much better memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Moto G8 Power features a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 1860mAh.

Moto G8 Power features a little bit better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Moto G8 Power also has a way larger aperture for better images in poorly lited environments and a back facing camera with way more megapixels.

Although Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a better device, it costs more than the Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto G8 Power. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Alpha, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G8 Power, letting go some specs and features.
