The Galaxy J7 Max has a general score of 76.1, which is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G8 Power's score of 76. Galaxy J7 Max's body is just a little lighter and somewhat thinner than Motorola Moto G8 Power, even though it was released 3 years before. These phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy J7 Max has 7.0 Nougat version and Motorola Moto G8 Power has Android 10, so it gives some nice extra features.

The Galaxy J7 Max features a little bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G8 Power. Both of them have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processing unit. The Moto G8 Power and the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max feature really similar displays, although the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has a little smaller display, a bit worse 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a quite worse screen density.

The Moto G8 Power features a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because it has more internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The Moto G8 Power has a very superior battery life than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a 52% more battery size.

Moto G8 Power counts with a much better camera than Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Moto G8 Power also has a much higher (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with a better resolution.
