Although Galaxy Note10 and the Moto G8 Power were only released 8 months apart, Galaxy Note10 is somewhat lighter and thinner. Galaxy Note10 features a little more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2280, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy Note10 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has a back facing camera with a lot worse 12 megapixels resolution and a lower video resolution, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture for better photos in low light situations and a bigger camera sensor.

Moto G8 Power features a much longer battery life than Galaxy Note10, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G8 Power. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Moto G8 Power, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
