The Galaxy Note5 has a global score of 80.2, which is just a bit better than the Moto G8 Power's 76 global score. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy Note5 is noticeably older than the Moto G8 Power, it's body is lighter and thinner. Samsung Galaxy Note5 counts with a little bit better display than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a greater display density.

Motorola Moto G8 Power counts with a superior memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Motorola Moto G8 Power also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy Note5 features a little bit better hardware performance than Moto G8 Power. Both have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.

Galaxy Note5 features a camera that is just as good as Moto G8 Power's camera, because although the Galaxy Note5 has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing images in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the same video frame rate and the same resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger camera sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality.

Moto G8 Power has a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note5, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
