Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a global score of 78.1, which is a little bit better than the Moto G8 Power's 76 global score. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is an extremely older cellphone than Moto G8 Power, but it is noticeably thinner and lighter anyway. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Moto G8 Power has Android 10.

The Galaxy S7 edge has a little sharper screen than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and more pixels per display inch. The Moto G8 Power features a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Moto G8 Power also has 4 more processing cores (although they are slower).

Motorola Moto G8 Power has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a smaller sensor which gives a worse photo and video quality, and they both have the same video frame rate, a F1.7 aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Motorola Moto G8 Power also counts with a way more mega-pixels back camera.

Motorola Moto G8 Power counts with a lot bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Moto G8 Power counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3600mAh.

Although Galaxy S7 edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto G8 Power. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Moto G8 Power, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
