The Xperia XZ Premium has a score of 79.8, which is a bit better than the Moto G8 Power's global score of 76. The Xperia XZ Premium is an older cellphone than the Moto G8 Power, but it is a little lighter and thinner anyway. Xperia XZ Premium features an incredibly better screen than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per screen inch and a way better resolution of 2160 x 3840.
Moto G8 Power features just a bit bigger memory to install games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Moto G8 Power also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with just a little better processing power than Motorola Moto G8 Power. Both have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a bit better camera than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for capturing photos or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing better quality videos and photographs and a better 19 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
Moto G8 Power features a much longer battery duration than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
