The Xperia Z5 Premium is a bit better than Moto G8 Power, having a 79.8 score against 76. Even though Xperia Z5 Premium is notably older than the Moto G8 Power, it's design is a little lighter and somewhat thinner. These devices come with Android operating system, but the Xperia Z5 Premium has 5.1 version while Moto G8 Power has Android 10 version.

The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a much sharper display than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of screen and a way better 3840 x 2160px resolution. Motorola Moto G8 Power counts with a way better battery duration than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

Although Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Moto G8 Power. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, else you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola Moto G8 Power, letting go some features and specifications.
