Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone is just a bit better than Motorola Moto G8, getting a 77.1 score against 74.4. Even though Asus ROG Phone is older and a little bit heavier than the Motorola Moto G8, it's body is still a bit thinner. Asus ROG Phone has a little faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone also has more RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone counts with a more vivid display than Motorola Moto G8, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a greater pixels count in each inch in the display. Asus ROG Phone features a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Moto G8, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory capacity.
Moto G8 has a much better camera than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition, the Moto G8 also counts with a larger aperture. The Asus ROG Phone's battery life is very similar to the battery performance in Moto G8.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto G8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto G8. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Moto G8, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
