Google Pixel 3 XL has a global score of 80.7, which is just a bit better than the Moto G8's global score of 74.4. Google Pixel 3 XL's design is just a bit lighter and thinner than the Moto G8, although it was released around 17 months before. Google Pixel 3 XL features a much better looking screen than Moto G8, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1440 x 2960 and much more pixels per inch of screen.
Moto G8 features a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Moto G8 also has a SD card slot that holds up to 512 GB. Google Pixel 3 XL counts with a bit better processing power than Moto G8. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processor.
The Moto G8 counts with a bit longer battery performance than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3430mAh. Moto G8 and Google Pixel 3 XL count with incredibly similar cameras, although the Google Pixel 3 XL has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a much less MP back facing camera and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs or videos in poorly lited situations.
Even being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Google Pixel 3 XL is also a bargain compared to the other devices.
