Comparison review
Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design is better than the Motorola Moto G8, having an 82.7 score against 74.4. Both devices we are comparing here use Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and Motorola Moto G8 has Android 10, giving a couple additional features and better performance. The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design is an a lot older phone than Motorola Moto G8, but it is thinner and somewhat lighter anyway.
Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design features a bit more powerful processing unit than Moto G8, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design also has a higher amount of RAM. The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design features a much better display than Motorola Moto G8, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a much better number of pixels per inch of screen.
Motorola Moto G8 captures slightly better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Motorola Moto G8 also has a back camera with a much higher 16 MP resolution and a lot bigger aperture to take better photography in low light environments.
The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design counts with a bigger storage for games and applications than Moto G8, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage. Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design's battery life is just as good as Moto G8's battery performance.
