Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a score of 87.1, which is better than the Moto G8's 74.4 score. The LG Velvet body is a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Moto G8, even though both were released only 2 months apart. LG Velvet features a sharper display than Moto G8, because it has a way better resolution of 1080 x 2460, a higher pixel density and a bit bigger screen.
The LG Velvet counts with much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G8, because it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal storage. LG Velvet features just a little better hardware performance than Moto G8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG Velvet also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
LG Velvet counts with a little better battery performance than Moto G8, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh. The LG Velvet takes much clearer photos and videos than Motorola Moto G8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the LG Velvet also counts with a back-facing camera with a way better 48 mega pixels resolution.
LG Velvet costs a little more money than Moto G8, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
