Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy C5 is slightly better than Moto G8, getting a 76.4 score against 74.4. Although Samsung Galaxy C5 is extremely older than the Moto G8, it's body is noticeably thinner and noticeably lighter. Both phones we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy C5 has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Moto G8 has Android 10.

Moto G8 has a bit better performance than Galaxy C5. Both have 8 processing cores and a 4 GB RAM. Galaxy C5 has a much better looking display than Moto G8, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1080 x 1920 resolution and a way higher pixels density. Moto G8 features a quite bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy C5, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Moto G8 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB.

The Motorola Moto G8 counts with a much better battery performance than Galaxy C5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh. Moto G8 features a bit better camera than Galaxy C5, and although they both have a 16 MP resolution back camera, the Moto G8 also has a lot better (4K) video resolution and a larger aperture to take better low light photography and videos.
