The Galaxy M13 is slightly better than the Motorola Moto G8, having a score of 81.1 against 74.4. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy M13 has newer 12 version and Motorola Moto G8 has Android 10 version, so it gives you a lot of extra features and performance improvements.
