The Galaxy Note5 has an overall score of 80.2, which is just a bit better than Moto G8's score of 74.4. The Galaxy Note5 construction is a bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Moto G8, despite of the fact that it was released 5 years before. The Galaxy Note5 features just a little better hardware performance than Moto G8. They have 4 GB of RAM memory and 8 CPU cores.
The Galaxy Note5 features a much better screen than Moto G8, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 1440 x 2560 resolution and way more pixels per inch of screen. Moto G8 counts with a superior storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Moto G8 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Note5 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Moto G8, although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light photos and videos, they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same video frame rate and the same resolution back camera. The Moto G8 has improved battery lifetime than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
