Galaxy Note8 is better than Motorola Moto G8, with a score of 83 against 74.4. Even though Galaxy Note8 is way older and a little bit heavier than the Motorola Moto G8, it's design is still just a little thinner. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note8 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Moto G8 has Android 10 version, counting with a lot of extra features and a performance increase.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a much sharper screen than Moto G8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a way better pixel density. Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a little better processing power than Moto G8, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 also has 2 GB more RAM.

Galaxy Note8 counts with a camera that is just as good as the Motorola Moto G8 one, and although the Galaxy Note8 has a back camera with lot less megapixels and a lower (4K) video definition, they both have the same diafragm aperture. Motorola Moto G8 features better battery duration than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 21% bigger battery size.

The Galaxy Note8 is way more expensive than the Motorola Moto G8, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
