The Samsung Galaxy S6 is much better than the Motorola Moto G8, getting an 87.4 score against 74.4. The Samsung Galaxy S6 design is notably thinner and much lighter than Motorola Moto G8, although it was released 5 years before. These devices have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has an older 5.0 version and Motorola Moto G8 has Android 10.

The Galaxy S6 features a much better screen than Moto G8, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixel number per inch of screen and a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1440. Samsung Galaxy S6 has a superior performance than Motorola Moto G8, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and a graphics processor.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a little bit better camera than Moto G8, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for low light photography, they both have a back facing camera with a 16 mega-pixels resolution, the same video definition and the same video frame rates. The Motorola Moto G8 features more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S6, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.

The Motorola Moto G8 has a very superior battery life than Galaxy S6, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Galaxy S6 costs a bit more money than Moto G8, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
