Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a score of 85.7, which is much better than Moto G8's 74.4 score. Both phones we are comparing here have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has older 5.0 version while Moto G8 has Android 10 version. Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a lot older than Moto G8, it's design is somewhat thinner and much lighter.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a way better looking screen than Moto G8, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a much better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a much better pixels count per inch in the screen. The Motorola Moto G8 has a bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a superior processing unit than Moto G8, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64 bits processor. The Moto G8 features a very superior battery life than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Motorola Moto G8 features a much better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same (4K) video definition and the same resolution camera in the back, the Motorola Moto G8 also has a bigger camera aperture to capture better photos and video in low light situations.

Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto G8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G8. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy S6 Edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Moto G8, letting go a couple specs and features.
