Comparison review
The Xperia XZ Premium has an overall score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than Moto G8's global score of 74.4. Xperia XZ Premium's design is somewhat thinner than Moto G8, although it's a little bit heavier and was released many years before. Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a way better display than Moto G8, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher display pixel density and a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels.
The Moto G8 has slightly more storage to install games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Moto G8 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Xperia XZ Premium features a little bit better processing power than Moto G8. They have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a bit better camera than Motorola Moto G8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a better 19 mega pixels resolution camera in the back.
The Motorola Moto G8 counts with better battery duration than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
