Xiaomi Black Shark is slightly better than the Moto G8, with a score of 80.4 against 74.4. Although it's the best in this review, we must highlight that it's also an older, a little thicker and just a bit heavier phone. These devices work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Black Shark has 9.0 Pie version and Moto G8 has Android 10, so it offers a couple additional features.
Xiaomi Black Shark counts with a better display than Moto G8, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2160px. The Xiaomi Black Shark has a bit faster CPU than Motorola Moto G8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has more RAM.
The Xiaomi Black Shark features a camera that is very similar to the camera in Moto G8, although the Xiaomi Black Shark has a smaller aperture, a lower video quality and a camera in the back with a much lower 12 mega pixels resolution. The Moto G8 counts with a bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Black Shark has a battery lifetime that's very similar to the battery duration in Motorola Moto G8.
