The Motorola Moto G9 Play is a bit better than the Moto G82, having a global score of 76.7 against 74.7. Although it's the best in this review, we must note that it is also older, somewhat heavier and thicker. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Moto G9 Play has the older 10 version and Moto G82 has Android 12 version.
Moto G82 features a bit more vivid display than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because it has a way better resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a higher display density and a bit larger screen. The Motorola Moto G82 features a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1 TB and more internal storage.
Moto G9 Play features a very superior processing unit than Moto G82, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Moto G82 and the Moto G9 Play feature incredibly similar battery performance. Motorola Moto G9 Play takes a bit better photographs and videos than Motorola Moto G82, because although it has a lower video resolution and a less mega pixels back camera, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture for better photography in low light situations.
