The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a general score of 75.8, which is just a bit better than the Moto G82's 74.7 global score. Although it's the best device in our current comparison, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro design is a lot older, a little heavier and a little bit thicker than Moto G82. These devices have Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Moto G82 has Android 12, offering a couple nice extra features.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with a bit sharper screen than Moto G82, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a little smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater pixel density. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a very superior performance than Moto G82. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Moto G82 features a lot bigger storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Moto G82 captures much better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Moto G82 also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography and video, higher video frame rate and a much more megapixels camera in the back.
The Motorola Moto G82 has superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
