Motorola Moto G84 has a global score of 80.9, which is a bit better than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo's 77 score. Motorola Moto G84's body is just a bit thinner and much lighter than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, even though they were released with only a couple of months difference. Both devices in this review work with the same Android 13 OS (operating system).
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo and Motorola Moto G84 count with quite similar screens, they have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a same size screen, a better number of pixels per inch of display and the same brightness. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a processing unit that's very similar to the Moto G84 one, and although the Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Motorola Moto G84 has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
