Comparison review
The Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a general score of 87.1, which is much better than the Motorola Moto G9 Play's 76.7 global score. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite is a newer phone, and it is also a little lighter and thinner than Motorola Moto G9 Play. These phones have Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 20 Lite has 11 version and Motorola Moto G9 Play has Android 10 version, providing some extra features.
The Motorola Edge 20 Lite features a sharper screen than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because it has a better amount of pixels per screen inch, a much better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little larger display. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite features a very superior memory capacity for applications and games than Moto G9 Play, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite also has 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Motorola Edge 20 Lite features a bit faster processing unit than Moto G9 Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite also has more RAM memory. Motorola Edge 20 Lite's battery lifetime is very similar to the Motorola Moto G9 Play one. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a better camera than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting photographs and video in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a much better 108 megapixels resolution back facing camera.
