The Moto G9 Play has a global score of 76.7, which is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G Power's score of 76.1. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS, but Moto G9 Play has older 10 version and Motorola Moto G Power has Android 11. The Moto G9 Play construction is a bit heavier but just a little bit thinner than Motorola Moto G Power, and both of them were released with only a few months difference.
Motorola Moto G Power features a much better looking screen than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2300px. Moto G Power has a processor that is very similar to the processor in Motorola Moto G9 Play, both have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount.
Moto G9 Play features a better camera than Moto G Power, and although they both have the same camera aperture and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G9 Play also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rate, a lot bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality pictures and a much more MP back camera.
Motorola Moto G Power has as much memory to store more games and applications as the Moto G9 Play one, both have the same 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Moto G Power has a battery duration that is just as good as the battery life in Moto G9 Play.
