Galaxy A70 has a global score of 76.9, which is just a bit better than the Moto G9 Play's 76.7 overall score. Galaxy A70's construction is just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Moto G9 Play, despite of the fact that it was released a little bit more than a year before. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 operating system, so both of them should offer all the same OS features.
The Galaxy A70 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Motorola Moto G9 Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy A70 also has more RAM.
