Samsung Galaxy F23 has a global score of 84.6, which is better than the Moto G9 Play's score of 76.7. Samsung Galaxy F23's design is newer, just a bit thinner and notably lighter than the Moto G9 Play. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy F23 has a newer 12 version and Moto G9 Play has Android 10 version.
