Galaxy S5 has a score of 80.8, which is a little bit better than the Moto G9 Play's general score of 76.7. Both phones we compare here use Android OS, but the Galaxy S5 has 4.4.2 version and Moto G9 Play has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks. Galaxy S5 is an notably older device than Moto G9 Play, but it's incredibly lighter and thinner anyway.

Moto G9 Play has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition, the Moto G9 Play also has a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing much higher quality pictures, a lot larger aperture, faster video frame rates and a way more megapixels back camera.
Motorola Moto G9 Play has much more memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S5, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 512 GB. Motorola Moto G9 Play counts with a very superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 79 percent more battery size.
