Galaxy S6 Edge has a general score of 85.7, which is much better than the Motorola Moto G9 Play's general score of 76.7. The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a superior performance than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an extra GPU and a 64-bits processing unit. Moto G9 Play counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Moto G9 Play shoots much better photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Moto G9 Play also has a way bigger sensor shooting way better quality photographs and videos, a back camera with lot more mega-pixels and a bigger camera aperture.
