Comparison review
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is slightly better than the Moto G9 Play's global score of 76.7. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has the older 5.1 version while Moto G9 Play has Android 10. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is an older cellphone than Moto G9 Play, but Sony was able to make it thinner and just a bit lighter anyway.
Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a lot better screen than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better pixels count per inch of screen and a lot higher resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a little faster CPU than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with an extra graphics processor.
Moto G9 Play has a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory capacity. The Moto G9 Play features a really longer battery life than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 46 percent greater battery capacity.
The Moto G9 Play takes slightly better videos and photos than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G9 Play also has a lot more mega pixels camera, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and photographs, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in low light environments and faster 60 fps video frame rates.
