Comparison review
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has an overall score of 78.7, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G9 Play's overall score of 76.7. Although Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro and Motorola Moto G9 Play were released with only 2 months difference, the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro design is a little bit heavier but also just a bit thinner. Both of these phones have the same Android 10 operating system.
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro features a bit faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G9 Play. Both of them have 8 cores and 4 GB of RAM. Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has a brighter display than Moto G9 Play, because it has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2400, a higher screen pixel density and a quite bigger screen.
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has as much storage capacity for apps and games as Motorola Moto G9 Play, they have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has a battery lifetime that is very similar to the battery performance in Motorola Moto G9 Play.
Motorola Moto G9 Play takes a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and a same resolution back-facing camera, the Motorola Moto G9 Play also has higher 60 fps video frame rate and a bigger aperture for better captures in low-light environments.
