The Motorola Moto G9 Plus is slightly better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, having an 80.5 score against 77. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Moto G9 Plus has 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13. Although it's the best cellphone in this comparison review, we must note that it is also much older, noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a brighter display than Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2400, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also counts with a just a little greater pixel quantity per inch of screen. The Moto G9 Plus counts with a much greater performance than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Motorola Moto G9 Plus takes just a bit better photos and videos than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor taking lower quality photographs and videos, and they both have the same video quality, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same camera aperture, the Motorola Moto G9 Plus also counts with a way better resolution back-facing camera.
The Moto G9 Plus has a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Moto G9 Plus also has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with a battery duration that is just as good as the battery performance in Moto G9 Plus.
