Comparison review
The Moto G9 Plus is slightly better than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus, with an 80.5 score against 77.6. Even though the Moto G9 Plus is newer than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus, it's a little thicker and heavier. Moto G9 Plus and Motorola Moto G8 Plus both count with similar screens, because although the Motorola Moto G8 Plus has a bit lower 1080 x 2280px resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel density.
The Moto G9 Plus has a bit better CPU than Moto G8 Plus. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. Moto G9 Plus features just a bit better camera than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing images or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Moto G9 Plus also counts with a bigger sensor taking better quality videos and photographs and a back camera with a much higher resolution.
The Motorola Moto G9 Plus counts with a much better storage to install applications and games than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB, the Motorola Moto G9 Plus also has more internal storage capacity. Moto G9 Plus counts with greater battery life than Moto G8 Plus, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
