Comparison review
Moto G9 Plus is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A40, getting an 80.5 score against 79.6. Even though the Moto G9 Plus is newer than Samsung Galaxy A40, it's much heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Moto G9 Plus has the previous 10 version and Samsung Galaxy A40 has Android 11.
The Motorola Moto G9 Plus has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy A40. They have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores. The Galaxy A40 features a little more vivid display than Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a bit higher pixel density.
The Moto G9 Plus features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A40, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB, the Moto G9 Plus also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Moto G9 Plus features a much better camera than Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a much larger camera sensor taking way better quality photographs and videos, a camera in the back with much more mega pixels and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
The Moto G9 Plus features a superior battery duration than Galaxy A40, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
