Samsung Galaxy Alpha counts with a bit better performance than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a GPU. The Galaxy Alpha features a little bit better display than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, although it has a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720px, a really smaller screen and a little inferior pixel quantity in each inch in the screen.
Motorola Moto G9 Plus features a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 512 GB and more internal memory capacity. Moto G9 Plus shoots greater pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Moto G9 Plus also has a back facing camera with way more mega pixels and a bigger diafragm aperture.
Motorola Moto G9 Plus has a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 1860mAh.
