Huawei P40 Lite is just a bit better than Motorola Moto G9 Power, having a 79.5 score against 78.6. Both of these phones work with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that. Huawei P40 Lite is an older device than Motorola Moto G9 Power, but Huawei managed to build it somewhat lighter and thinner.
Huawei P40 Lite counts with a sharper screen than Moto G9 Power, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much greater count of pixels per display inch and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2310. Moto G9 Power and Huawei P40 Lite both have quite similar cameras, and although the Huawei P40 Lite has a lower 1920x1080 video resolution and a much worse 48 megapixels resolution back camera, they both have the same diafragm aperture.
