Nokia 9.3 PureView is a little bit better than Motorola Moto G9 Power, with a global score of 84.2 against 78.6. The Nokia 9.3 PureView is a notably lighter and much thinner device than Motorola Moto G9 Power. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Nokia 9.3 PureView has a newer 11 version and Motorola Moto G9 Power has Android 10, so it provides you some additional features.
