Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is a lot better than the Motorola Moto G9 Power's overall score of 78.6. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version and Motorola Moto G9 Power has Android 10 version. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is an older and a little heavier cellphone than Motorola Moto G9 Power, but Samsung was able to make it a little bit thinner anyway.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G9 Power, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM.
