The Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G has a global score of 80.8, which is a bit better than Motorola Moto G9 Power's global score of 78.6. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G has 11 version and Motorola Moto G9 Power has Android 10, so it counts with some extra features.
