The iPhone 6 is much better than Moto M, getting a 79.2 score against 71.6. The iPhone 6 design is somewhat thinner and extremely lighter than the Moto M, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. IPhone 6 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Moto M, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 6 less and slower processing cores, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64-bits processor.
The iPhone 6 counts with a much better looking screen than Moto M, although it has a little smaller screen, a little bit less pixels per inch of screen and a way worse resolution of 1334 x 750px. The iPhone 6 has a much better storage to install games and applications than Motorola Moto M, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Moto M counts with a much longer battery life than Apple iPhone 6, because it has a 69% bigger battery capacity. The iPhone 6 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Motorola Moto M, although it has a way less mega-pixels back-facing camera, a lower video resolution and a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking images in low light situations.
