The HTC One M9 has an overall score of 77.7, which is a bit better than Moto M's global score of 71.6. The HTC One M9 construction is just a little lighter than the Moto M, although it's somewhat thicker and was released just 21 months before. The HTC One M9 counts with a better display than Moto M, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080, the HTC One M9 also counts with a little bit greater number of pixels in each inch in the display.
HTC One M9 has a little faster CPU than Motorola Moto M, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and an extra graphics co-processor.
