The Galaxy Alpha is a bit better than Moto M, with a general score of 76.3 against 71.6. The Galaxy Alpha is a somewhat thinner and much lighter cellphone than the Moto M. The Galaxy Alpha counts with just a little better hardware performance than Moto M, because although it has 2 GB less RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a GPU.
